A Catholic Wedding to remember
The wedding of Sean and Francesca was full of loving friends and family, professional-grade dance moves, and sentimental family traditions. I knew this wedding would be a bit different from the other weddings I have been shooting lately, since the ceremony would be held in Ste. Marie's Church in Manchester, New Hampshire.
This absolutely gorgeous Gothic revival style Catholic Church is rich with French Canadian history, like much of the city of Manchester. The church was built in 1880 and has served as a well-known skyline feature in the city. Did you know this church was recently added to the National Register of Historic Places? That makes it an epic wedding location if you are a Catholic in New Hampshire!
The day started early for the bride and groom, and ended with a perfect night time reception at the Hilton Double Tree in Nashua, New Hampshire. One of the many highlights from their reception was the dancing. The bride and groom came out for their first dance, and holy smokes could they move!
Francesca and her brother also danced together at one point in the night, and I felt like I was standing on an episode of Dancing with the Stars! I plan on making a gif out of it to share with them.
Congratulations to Sean, Francesca, and their beautifully kind family and friends. It was a pleasure to capture these moments, I hope you enjoy this sneak peek!
See that beautiful bride behind the beautiful bride? If you look closely, you can see mom on her wedding day in a framed photo on the wall.
