Engagement session at the harvard arboretum: lauren+Patrick
This past Saturday, I had so much fun photographing Lauren and Patrick’s engagement session at the stunning Harvard Arboretum in Boston, Massachusetts. These two flew in all the way from Denver, and I’m so grateful we were able to coordinate our schedules for a picture-perfect day.
From the moment we met, it was clear: Lauren and Patrick are fun. Like, laugh-until-your-face-hurts kind of fun. They brought such incredible energy and were up for anything, a photographer's dream!
The Arboretum gave us the most beautiful backdrop — quiet trails, mossy stone walls, and towering trees that are just starting to hint at spring. We caught some dreamy light, and the way these two looked at each other in it? Pure magic.
You can feel how deeply connected they are — the inside jokes, the way they naturally fall into each other's arms, and the effortless joy between them. Sessions like this remind me exactly why I love what I do.
I seriously can’t wait for their wedding this summer — if their engagement shoot was any indication, it’s going to be an unforgettable celebration filled with laughter, love, and probably some killer dance moves.
